Paul Martin is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of both the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a Fellow of the Society of Road Safety Auditors. He has 33 years of experience in the design and project management of highway, traffic management, road safety, urban regeneration, traffic calming, cycling and parking schemes. This includes the coordination of specialist elements such
as structures, drainage, lighting and traffic signals and systems.

With well over 2000 road safety audits and 100+ road safety engineering studies, collision monitoring reports, accessibility audits and safety risk assessments under his belt over the previous 21 years, he has been training engineers for the past two years in road safety engineering, highways
design and traffic management.
